Fire Hall Visit & Gruffalo Story Walk

Tour the Lanark Village Fire station and Fire Trucks! Then, follow our Gruffalo StoryWalk trail while stopping along the way to gather clues to the whereabouts of Gruffalo & Mouse. Where ever could they be?

We want to give a big shout out to the Township of Lanark Highlands for making this program possible. Through their Municipal Grant program the Library was able to design and purchase branded, re-useable, StoryWalk boards that will allow us to offer a variety of story walks in the future. We would also like to acknowledge the local firefighters who will be offering the tours of the fire station. Thank you so much!
