Story Walk
In recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we invite our community to take part in a special self-guided Story Walk at Clyde Memorial Park on September 30, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Walk, read, reflect, and learn together as you experience Stolen Words by Melanie Florence, illustrated by Gabrielle Grimard — a moving story about the importance of language, culture, family, and reclaiming what was lost.
After completing the StoryWalk, stop by the library to take part in a collaborative craft. Each person can contribute a piece, and when it’s complete, the finished creation will be proudly displayed in the library. We hope you’ll join us for this meaningful opportunity to read, reflect, create, and learn together.
