TD Summer Reading Program

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, we will be offering a modified version of our normal kid’s summer programming at the library.

As usual the goal is to keep kids reading all summer long. To help with that we have a number of great prizes that will be drawn at the end of the summer. The more you read, the more chance you have of winning!

Prizes:Ages 0-10: Knapsacks filled with games, madlibs, toys and more
Tweens and Teens: Gift certificates from Lanark Pizza, Pretty Goods and Fitz

This year your log book to track your reading can be found on the TD Summer Reading website along with ebooks, weekly trivia, a battle of the books, colouring sheets jokes, etc.

Please note: To be entered into the prize draw, all children must fill out a ballot for each book read and these ballots can be dropped off in baggies in to the bookdrop at the front of the building.

You can also participate offline!
We will be offering our own Curbside Kid Kits and you can take advantage of our curbside pickup service for library materials. The kits include ballots to fill out each time you read a book, as well as activities that will change each month.
