Have you ever wished you could fly like a bird or hover like a dragonfly? Let’s explore all of the extraordinary animals that fly. Learn about birds by identifying their unique calls. Analyze the characteristics of different insect wings. Mimic how animals soar by experimenting with a glider. Create a butterfly and discover how they move their bodies. Join us as we investigate the many wonderful creatures with wings. 

Join us at the library for a virtual program, where an expert instructor from Scientists in Schools will lead the course via Zoom on our large screen TV. Library staff will be on hand to provide guidance and technical support.

Parents are required to participate with their children who are between the ages of 4-6.
