Tie-Dye Tuesday

Learn how to make tie-dye patterns using folding techniques to make rainbow spirals, bullseyes, stripes and mandalas. Please bring a 100% cotton, prewashed, white garments (we recommend a t-shirt). Location: the grassy area behind the Library. **If it is calling for 60% rain or more, the program will be cancelled.
